How to tap into Source Energy by correcting these 3 mistakes | The shadow is not what you think

Updated: Dec 14, 2023

Shadow means everything that is not light. Very often, when we speak about shadow work, we believe it’s about finding peace with the terrible events that happened in our life. Forgiving people of the past who hurt us, but that is only one half of the story. Shadow is not only that which is bad, but as well what is good about you. Without you realizing it, you as well hid all the good things about yourself. What is in the light is only 5% of you, and what is outside of the light is 95% of you. Daily, you decide what that 5% is, and because you already have established a routine, the same things keep being shown to you. You want to change to more positive things, but all you hear is that you have to focus on the negative things and make them better. Very often, this takes you on a long journey of trying to right every wrong that has happened in your life. This is not what it means to be awakened.

An awakened person did not resolve every wrong in her life, nor did she deal or dealt with all the people who wronged her. Forgiveness is letting go of the past or negative experiences. If you want to move forward and end your suffering, forgive all your past and everything that happened from now all the way to where the first human was born in your family-lineage because that is how far the memory of the shadow goes. Your conscious mind cannot hold that many memories, therefore, your subconscious mind is the one who holds the memory of all your ancestors. Our body has all our human history stored inside. The unconscious made it dark for a good reason. It would overwhelm your conscious mind to deal with all that information at once. You don’t need to see what is under every rock. You need to forgive and let go, so the rock disappears, and no longer stands in your way. We feel we have to destroy the rock, break the rock, move the rock, see what is under the rock, but no matter what we do, the rock always seems to be there. Until, we realize the rock is no threat to us and make the rock a safe place to be. Use it to see farther. Stand on the rock so you can see from a higher perspective. When you elevate what is dark into the light, your rock becomes bigger and new heights will become available to you.

The 1st mistake we make is to think that all that is negative is in the dark therefore shadow. No, all is in the dark, even your positive experiences or traits. Your day-to-day focus will be your reality.

Our 2nd mistake is that we don’t understand that 95% is not a small number. Even though the conscious universe is finite. Our conscious mind can’t grasp it, it’s more than we can handle at any moment. We don’t experience it as finite. Finite is a trick-word because you might think it’s small. Finite for us, humans mean we still won’t be able to know all that is to know about it. So, you have a tremendous amount of shadow which you could perceive as negative. If your mission is to do shadow work because you want to feel light again. You’ll be old, exhausted and ready to give up. You can’t un-shadow, shadow because it’s here for a reason. Doing shadow work with the idea you can let go of all negative events of the past to feel better in the present moment is trickery. You will feel dubbed.

Mistake no 3. It’s never about the past, it’s always about the present. How do I feel now? We recreate our past into our present to justify how we feel. And we keep doing it without even having an awareness of it because it has become second nature. What you realize is that you can’t move forward. Even though you are doing shadow work and you are letting go or releasing the things that have happened to you in the past. It doesn’t help you create a better future, does it?

Why is that? The conscious universe always has to be in equilibrium. Whenever you solve something negative, it will add a new negative to your shadow. Something you never knew was there. As we get older, our conscious mind expands. Every 7 years our capacity to hold more information expands. As we get older, we can all of a sudden remember things from the past we have long forgotten. It was always there, but now you can access it.

How much shadow work do I need to do before I feel better?

If you have reached this point in your life, you are ready for what I have to share with you. Shadow does not mean negative. Shadow means all the conscious universe that is not in your awareness. Now, think about it. How much do you think that is? A lot! So doing shadow work will keep you busy for a life-time and you’ll never feel happy because your focus is solving pain. If you do this often enough, you are conditioning yourself in order to feel light, solve something in the dark that is painful. You can’t feel happy unless you go through pain, first. You will look in your past because that is the only place you know there is pain. If you can’t find it there, you will look into your future, and imagine a pain that hasn’t happened yet. The moral of the story is that if you look for pain, you will find it. Your shadow is a bottomless pit of pain.

For example, you know those tortured artists who create magnificent work because they go into a deep dark state and draw from the shadow and bring forth into the light? They become famous, successful, and adored, but this is not where they trained themselves their source of power came from. Their source of power came from darkness. So, all this success, money, fame, and fans is making them miserable. They don’t know how to create with light. So, even though their life is a success, they go back to darkness; they go back to pain because they only know how to create with pain. They go back to what’s familiar, so they can lift themselves out of the shadow again, and now they have a great story to tell. How many famous people do you know you consider successful come with a deep dark revelation about themselves? Or share a story about depression even though they had all this success? We, as the audience, are always so surprised to hear these stories because in our mind we think that once we become successful at something, anything, we would feel joy, happiness, elation, powerful, accomplished, etc. We just don’t get why people who seem to have it all. Destroy what they have and start over?

They never learned how to create with light. Instead, they look for happiness in the dark. Go into your shadow and find a pain to solve. So, you are always looking for pain. If there is none, you will create one because you are dabbling in infinity. This will never end, unless you become aware.

There is another part of you, the positive part, the parts that deserve to be in the light, but you pay them no attention because they are not hurting you. There is no suffering there, and they have programmed us to focus on suffering not on self-mastery. But the only way to end our suffering is when you focus on self-mastery. Look at all your positive traits, everything good about you and ask yourself?

Why am I not focused on what I am already good at?

Why am I not doing the things that I know already give me joy?

Why am I not showing the parts of me I believe are positive quality traits?

Why don’t I strengthen the parts of me that are already good?

What is my zone of genius, and why am I not focused on that?

You have so many skills, positive quality traits, and hidden natural talents that you keep away from yourself. Why is that? You didn’t know that the place where you hid your pain is as well the place where your peace is. Shadow doesn’t mean negative. It means all that is not light. As well, positive events and personality traits that you pay no attention to are there. If you want to move forward, and create with light, find your positive traits and bring them back out, go from good to great.

You can never uncreate, only create, and so the collective unconscious makes you feel you can uncreate. Make it like, it never happened, but that’s not possible. We spend a tremendous amount of time, trying to erase our past, only to start the same pain all over again. This is a useless way to spend your time and energy. You can’t uncreate what you have created. If you feel you have created only hurt and pain, it’s not true. You only believe that because that is where your focus is. Look in the other direction.

Where you have created beauty and bliss. There are beautiful parts you have hidden from yourself. Bring them into the light because when you do, you will feel empowered and energized to create your life. Why did you hide them?

In your past, you made other people feel uncomfortable. Out of fear of judgment, you hide even the good things about yourself because you don't want others to think you are trying to outshine them. Keeping yourself small. Never stepping into your greatness.

The collective unconscious is an expert at keeping you occupied with solving your pain. If they succeed, it means they will never have to worry about your greatness. Even if you end your suffering, you think it’s the end? There is a famous Buddhist saying: This too shall pass. Your state of bliss will not last. It’s because we don’t know who we are. An infinite being always in motion. Energy is always in motion.

Whatever comes into the light will give you peace, and then it moves away again and your peace becomes shadow. Not pain, just out of focus, so you can start the process all over, again. You won’t become what you think about. You become what you can repeat. How many times can you repeat “being at peace.” That is what I do differently with Fabulous One Philosophy. I focus on your greatness and help you bring it out. I teach you how the Fabulous One Fractal Selves work together, the four minds that need to unite as One, so you can always focus on being your best self. When pain shows up which always does because you can’t control the conscious universe, you will have the Fabulous One Framework, my self-mastery system to move back to peace.

What is the big takeaway:

  • Shadow is not negative, and it’s all that is out of focus, including positive.

  • Shadow is infinite. You can never solve all your pain. Solve one pain. You will receive additional pain. Only this time, the new pains will be unknown and, therefore, can create more chaos in your life.

  • Shadow holds negative and positive, so why not focus on bringing that is positive into the light?

You need those positive qualities to remember who you are. You have a unique Soul Signature and your focus will determine your ability to feel great. It’s a different state of being. A different way of seeing yourself, but when you do, your peace will remain because your focus has changed.
