They say: "Shadow," because if you can't see it, you won't go on the hero's journey | Secret Podcast

If you could silence your inner saboteur. Would your life change for the better?

If your answer is yes, the most important thing you must learn is the Original Cause of the inner saboteur and her divine purpose.

As we get older, our mind expands to higher levels of consciousness. Every 7 years our body restructures and opens up some more to The Universal Mind. We should feel more bliss as we get older, but we don’t. It’s because we haven’t mastered the self. And she will use our life force energy against us and we will suffer our thoughts.

It’s because we completely misunderstood her divine purpose, and labeled her the bad girl. She became the wicked witch or evil stepmother in all our stories. Contrary to popular belief, she isn’t out to get us, but society uses shame and guilt to keep her hidden in the shadows because there is a big secret they don’t want you to know. They made you believe she is not worthy to be seen out in the open. We made her the boogeyman and denied her voice.

If you wish to free your mind. You will need to learn how to transmute your Inner Saboteur into your Inner Strength. The alchemical process of turning lead into gold or like the caterpillar becoming a butterfly.

Give her permission to speak without judging her and she’ll transform your life. She is a warrior queen forced to hide, but if allowed to play in the light. She will help you go after your goals, improve any relationship and keep you in perfect health conditions.

Don’t take the easy way out by suppressing your thoughts. When you suppress your negative thoughts you as well suppress your positive ones. There is no win-win in this scenario. I am sure you have tried meditations, positive affirmations, and vision boards. It’s not going to work because the inner saboteur will adjust to her environment. Anything in your 3D reality can be used against you. Burn all the sage you want. It won’t stop your negative thoughts. Pretty soon, we won’t be able to distinguish between our false beliefs and reality. Which is a scary place to be.
