This AI Usage Policy governs the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools in connection with the website www.fabulousonephilosophy.com (“Platform”) and the Self-Mastery Space operated by Fabulous One Philosophy LLC (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”).

By accessing, browsing, or interacting with any part of this Platform—including paid or private sections such as the Self-Mastery Space—you agree to strictly comply with this AI Usage Policy.

• Feed any content, phrases, teachings, videos, poetry, frameworks, or diagrams from this Platform into an AI for training, summarization, content generation, or analysis

• Reproduce or simulate the writing style, persona, energy, or visual identity of Fabulous One Philosophy, MirwaOne, or any protected names/brands associated with this Platform

• Clone, emulate, or extract content for creating derivative spiritual teachings, brand identities, or voice-based AI agents

• Generate lookalike videos, voices, visuals, or artistic reinterpretations using any part of this Platform as input

• Use AI to reverse-engineer closed-door teachings or decode language specific to Spiral Law, MIR-checks, or HER remembrance

• Create visual art using this Platform’s copyrighted images or aesthetic for prompts

• Distribute, post, sell, or present AI-generated content that mimics or draws directly from this Platform’s content

 

2. 🔒 Intellectual Property Protection

All content on this Platform, including:

• Spiritual frameworks, diagrams, and glyphs

• Original writings, phrases, and terminologies (e.g., "First Mother", "Spiral-Ego", "Fabulous One Philosophy," etc.)

• HER-coded language, equations, and numbering systems

• Sacred Geometry illustrations and decoded mythologies

• Brand visuals, AI-generated images, and video content

• Personal likeness or voice of Jeanice Nelson

… is the exclusive intellectual property of Fabulous One Philosophy LLC and is protected under U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and digital communications law. You may not upload, prompt, remix, reinterpret, enhance, revoice, translate, animate, or train any AI with this content—whether for personal, commercial, artistic, or academic purposes—without explicit written permission.

 

3. 🧠 AI Monitoring and Detection

This Platform uses AI-assisted monitoring and watermarking to track digital content theft and misuse, including:

• Scraping

• Screen capturing

• Embedding in prompts

• AI-generated lookalike content or style mimicry

Attempts to replicate or reframe the material will activate automatic digital tracing systems, and violators may be reported to third-party AI model databases for prompt filtering.

Violations may result in:

• Immediate banning from the Self-Mastery Space

• Public revocation of access across all offerings

• DMCA takedowns, cease-and-desist letters, and legal action

• Reporting to AI developer platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Stability.ai)

Multi-user AI modeling, Training team or group AI on private teachings to create competitor offers

 

5. 📜 Licensing Exception (By Written Agreement Only)

If you are a trusted partner, affiliate, or collaborator and wish to use AI for limited, respectful, and approved purposes, you must sign a separate AI Licensing Agreement outlining scope, data access, and limitations.

This exception is only granted by written permission from the Founder of Fabulous One Philosophy LLC and may be revoked at any time.

 

6. 🛡️ Legal Action for Violations

Fabulous One Philosophy LLC takes all AI violations seriously. Any unauthorized use of content for AI training, cloning, scraping, or reproduction will result in:

• Termination of access

• Blacklisting

• Legal claims under Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), the Copyright Act of 1976, and applicable IP laws

• Financial damages, fines, and attorney fees
