  • Fabulous One Philosophy will not disclose your data to anyone without your consent, except when We believe it necessary for the conduct of the business, change in business or sale of a business, the fulfillment of any contractual obligations, or where the disclosure is mandated by law or with payment processors for the purpose of facilitating payments or with any third parties/service providers engaged by us to perform certain services to us who require information to perform their tasks or if we believe that disclosure of data is necessary and appropriate to prevent any risk or injury.

  • As your self-mastery coach, I am committed to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality. All information shared during our sessions, including personal, professional, and financial details, will be treated with strict confidentiality. I will not disclose any information to third parties without your explicit written consent, except as required by law or in cases where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others. This confidentiality obligation continues even after our coaching relationship ends. Your trust is paramount, and I am dedicated to providing a safe, supportive, and private environment for your personal growth.

 

4. Information of Children

 

  • Our Platform is not intended for use by children under the age of 18. 

  • We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18.

  • If you are under 18, please do not give us your personal information.

  • We urge the parents and guardians to supervise their children's activities and instruct their children not to give any personal information without parental consent.

  • If we believe that we have collected or received personal information from a child under the age of 18, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to delete that personal information.

  • On the expiry of the above-stated periods, as applicable, we will either permanently delete, destroy, or de-identify your personal data.

  • When you sign up on the Platform, you are opting in to receive emails from Us.  We may send you information about products and services. We may think you like.

  • It is the intention of Fabulous One Philosophy to keep your email address confidential. We will not disclose your email address to any third parties except as stated in the Disclosure section under this Privacy Policy.

  • Fabulous One Philosophy will maintain the information you transmit through email as per applicable federal law.    To be in compliance with CAN-SPAM Act, Fabulous One Philosophy agrees to the following:

  3. Identify the message as an ad clearly and conspicuously

  4. Tell recipients where We are located.

  5. Tell recipients how to opt out of receiving future emails from Us

  6. Honor opt-out requests promptly.

  • You have the option to discontinue receiving any communications from Us for any reason.

  • Fabulous One Philosophy is the controller of the personal information when you submit personal information through the Platform.

  • If you are located outside of the United States, your personal information may be transferred, stored, and processed in and to the United States or other countries that may not provide the same level of protection for your personal information as your home country. By submitting your personal information to Us, you consent to such transfer, storage, and processing.

  • When You join, participate, or share any of your information in any of Our seminars, workshops, meetings, Zoom teleconference, coaching sessions, including any online sessions or meetings (“Sessions”) you may share your video, picture, audio and related artefacts with Us or other users.

  • By participating in any such Sessions, You provide your consent to us for sharing the Your video, picture, audio and related artefacts to other Users and for using, exploiting, sharing, distributing the same by the Company.

11. Applicability

 

  • This Policy shall not apply to any personal information you may submit or disclose to any of Our personnel which personal information is not required to be disclosed to such persons.

  • We may modify the Privacy Policy from time to time and the changes will be posted on this page.
