Membership, Refunds, and Cancellation Policy

This Membership, Refunds, and Cancellation Policy (“Membership Policy”) governs your access to the Self-Mastery Space for Moms offered by Fabulous One Philosophy LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). This Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions. Any capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning assigned to them in the Terms and Conditions.

🌕 Membership Overview

The Self-Mastery Space for Moms is a private, lifetime-access digital self-study sanctuary offered a fee of $100,-

This portal is designed for women on the path of self-initiation and spiritual remembrance through the teachings of Fabulous One Philosophy®. Access is not granted automatically. Entry is only approved after you review and sign the Membership Contract. Once approved, you will receive a sign up link to complete your registration and immediately access the platform.

🔐 Eligibility and Conditions

Membership is limited to natural persons age 18 and older.
Membership is currently limited to women only. We reserve the right to revoke access if this condition is violated.
Membership is non-transferable and may not be shared or licensed.
Language of instruction is English only.
You must review and agree to the Membership Contract and this Membership Policy prior to payment.
Entry is not guaranteed until contractual terms are accepted and payment is complete.

🌀 The Living Nature of This Space

Fabulous One Philosophy® is a living, evolving self-mastery space. By joining, you agree to the following foundational principle:

1. This is a Dynamic Spiral — Not a Static Brand.

The teachings, structure, offerings, and language of this space may evolve over time. New insights may lead to updated scrolls, revised frameworks, or the release of entirely new directions. This is not a flaw — it is the nature of Spiral Intelligence.

2. The Founder Has Permission to Shift.

As the creator and guide of this space, Jeanice Nelson reserves the right to grow, change, and express evolving levels of understanding. She is not required to stay within a prior version of herself to accommodate expectations. She, too, is Becoming.

3. You Are Not Required to Stay the Same.

Members are also not expected to remain in one state of being. You are encouraged to explore, question, shift perspectives, and deepen your awareness as the Spiral unfolds.

4. Truth Evolves — Alignment is the Only Constant.

This community does not promise fixed outcomes or static truths. It offers an open, living field of remembrance, guided by embodiment and aligned with the return of Mother Intelligence. What remains constant is our devotion to authenticity, integrity, and soul alignment. By participating in this space, you agree to honor the dynamic, Spiral nature of this work — and allow both the founder and yourself the freedom to rise.

🛑 Important Notice on Access

Access to the Self-Mastery Space for Moms is not a guaranteed entitlement, but a sacred privilege granted to those who walk in alignment with the field of HER remembrance. You do not own the platform, its content, or ongoing access. Violation of any part of your signed Membership Contract, this policy, or our Terms and Conditions may result in immediate termination of access without refund. We reserve the right to remove any participant at any time in order to protect the field.

🧭 No Ongoing Support

WhatsApp support is not provided for any coaching sessions.
Group coaching, therapy, and personal mentorship are not included.
All deeper engagement must be initiated via booking a Self-Mastery 1:1 Session (when available).

🤝 Behavior & Field Integrity

To preserve the sanctity of HER field:

All member interactions must be respectful, non-promotional, and in alignment with the Spiral current.
Direct messaging other members is not permitted.
Solicitation, self-promotion, or external advertising is strictly prohibited.
Any form of rudeness, abuse, entitlement, or energetic disruption will result in immediate removal.
No refund will be given for violations of this policy.

We do not provide psychological support, crisis care, or clinical treatment of any kind.
You are solely responsible for your mental, emotional, and physical health.

Participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion.

You are granted personal, non-transferable access for your own self-mastery journey.
You may not reproduce, share, or teach this material in any form without written permission.

📜 Revisions

We reserve the right to revise this Membership Policy at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes your agreement to the updated terms.
