Non-Disclosure Agreement

This Non-Disclosure Agreement ("Agreement") governs the confidentiality terms between the parties involved in private sessions conducted by Fabulous One Philosophy LLC, herein referred to as the “Coach,” and the undersigned participant, herein referred to as the “Client.”
1. Purpose
This Agreement is designed to protect the confidentiality of all personal, spiritual, proprietary, and professional information exchanged between the Coach and Client throughout their engagement. This includes all materials, methods, and revelations shared during or after The Bliss Call in connection with Fabulous One Philosophy LLC.
2. Definition of Confidential Information
For the purposes of this Agreement, “Confidential Information” includes but is not limited to:

Personal, psychological, medical, financial, or spiritual information shared by the Client

Coaching frameworks, teachings, mental models, transmission content, or proprietary language shared by the Coach

Any session recordings (audio/video), written communications, notes, or transcripts

Business-related strategies, insights, future plans, or operational details shared by either party
3. Coach’s Responsibilities
The Coach agrees to:

Treat all Client information as sacred and private

Not disclose any Confidential Information to any third party without the Client’s prior written consent, unless legally required

Use the information only to support the Client’s self-mastery and spiritual awakening

Notify the Client promptly if legal disclosure is required, giving the Client opportunity to seek protective remedies
4. Client’s Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:

Respect the confidentiality of the Coach’s proprietary teachings, language, and frameworks

Not share, reproduce, publish, or distribute any portion of the coaching materials or session content with others, whether in private or public form, without explicit written consent from the Coach

Understand that The Bliss Call is a sacred container and not open for third-party discussion, copying, or reinterpretation outside its intended purpose
5. Exclusions
Confidential Information does not include:

Information that becomes publicly available through no breach of this Agreement

Information lawfully received from another source without restriction

Information independently developed without reference to the Confidential Information
6. Duration
The duty of confidentiality under this Agreement is perpetual and survives the conclusion of the coaching relationship indefinitely.
7. Ownership and Rights
All coaching materials, frameworks, audio/video content, and written teachings remain the exclusive intellectual property of Fabulous One Philosophy LLC. Participation in The Bliss Call does not confer ownership, rights of replication, or license to teach, republish, or redistribute.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
9. Modifications
Fabulous One Philosophy LLC may revise this Agreement at any time. Changes will be posted publicly or sent via email if materially significant. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updates.
10. Recording Policy
The Coach will not record any session. The Client is permitted to make a personal recording of their own session strictly for private use and personal records.
Any such recording remains Confidential Information under this Agreement and may not be publicly shared, distributed, reproduced, or used as content on social media, websites, or any other public platform.
The Client acknowledges that unauthorized disclosure, distribution, or publication of any session recording constitutes a breach of this Agreement. If such a breach occurs, legal action will be taken to protect the intellectual property of Fabulous One Philosophy LLC and the integrity of the coaching container.
