We must travel to a place that doesn't exist in our physical reality, but it's the biggest trip of our lives. There is no road map or instructions; this is the first time anyone has walked your path. It's unknown; you will be the pioneer to reach it. So, the secret is to visualize who you want to be in your mind's eye, reverse engineer the steps you need to take to become her and give yourself permission to start at step one. When you learn the five stages of self-mastery, you will know how to do just that.
Hello, Fabulous One. There are many facets of the Fabulous One Philosophy we have to discuss. In random order, we have The Three Phases of Awakening, The Five Stages of Self-Mastery, The Fabulous One Framework, The Fabulous One Fractal Selves, and the three matrices that rule your world. They are all very important, and I will make more videos to explain these topics.
The five stages of self-mastery fall under the three phases of awakening.
My book has been divided into three parts. Fabulous One Philosophy is about:
Silencing your inner saboteur
Awakening your energy body and
Connecting to your Higher Self.
I will give you a complete overview in this video and explain what happens in Phase One: The Small Awakening.
The Fabulous One Philosophy is the most comprehensive metaphysical teaching ever created for mothers. Its approach to enlightenment is unique and blends with our modern times. It's a fluid teaching meaning it won't stand still but expands and evolves when you do. The deeper your understanding of the philosophy, the easier your life will become. I've created the philosophy not just to end your suffering but to show you that if you change the way you see yourself, your mind will be at peace no matter the circumstance, and that inner peace will give you clarity on how to create a life you love.
We are going on a journey - I call it: The Voyage of Fabulous One
This journey consists of The Three Phases of Awakening, and within these phases, I have woven The Five Stages of Self-Mastery.
Phase One: Small Awakening
Silence your inner saboteur
To do that, we must go through Stages One and Two.
Stage One is Teach - Reset The Mind
Stage Two is The Transcendence of the Mind
Phase Two: Big Awakening
Awaken your energy body
To do that, we must go through stages three and four.
Stage Three is The Transition
Stage Four is The Transcendence of the Body
The final phase, which is Phase Three: The Awakened State
Connect to your Higher Self
To do that, we must go through stage five: Total Transformation.
My vision and mission for the self-mastery school for moms are to make all these stages tangible. I will create masterclasses, lessons, and exercises for each stage. I want to language the spiritual awakening process so that more of us can go on the hero's journey and come out renewed. But, of course, my teaching can not guarantee the outcome.
Right now, I am at the beginning stage of developing stages one and two, and with your feedback, in the next two years, I will have built the full curriculum of the five stages of self-mastery, and the self-mastery school for moms can become a force to be reckoned with. We can help mothers awaken on a massive scale in a safe online space.
Nisargadatta said: "The other world is this world, rightly seen."
All the gurus, sages, and spiritual masters of the past kept saying that it's not about changing the world but how you see it. So our perspective has to change.
I sit here before you, as humble as I can without minimizing the incredible experience I had of someone who has seen Nisargadatta's other world and can draw you a map of the road I took to get there. It's my map, and it has made me whole. I understand this is not the only road that exists; not everyone will resonate. I respect everyone's choice for traveling the spiritual path, but I offer you my philosophy if you are looking for a way. My teaching will be a guiding light to help you forge your own path.
It's very helpful to learn and understand the road of the teacher because our ego will feel that if someone else has done it, it becomes doable, and we'll find the courage to forge our path. The ego needs to see it to believe it. This is a fact.
This is as well how my journey started in 2009 when I saw The Secret for the first time. To be honest, I didn't believe The Secret. It was a lot of mumbling about intangible ideas. But there was this one woman who I noticed, Abraham Hicks. My body started to vibrate higher when she spoke, but my mind had no clue what was happening, nor did I understand what she was saying, so I left it alone.
Then in 2012, I became a spiritual seeker and stumbled upon her again. I was a mother then, and my understanding of metaphysical concepts had grown. Abraham Hicks started to make sense to me, but I encountered another problem. Even though I enjoyed listening to her, I did not know nor understand how to put her words into practice. I had so many questions, and I went on the search and became a spiritual seeker.
In 2012, I started to find many other teachers with the same message, Nisargadatta Maharaj, Deepak Chopra, Dr. Candace Pert, Alan Watts, Ram Dass, Ramtha, Dr. Joe Dispenza, Dr. Bruce Lipton, and Dr. Caroline Myss. And my list of fabulous teachers has grown ever since - if you want a list of resources of all the books that made a huge impact on me - you can find it in my book. All these teachers made me curious enough to find out for myself what the spiritual journey was about. And because they spoke about it with clarity and confidence, I was brave enough to go into the rabbit hole because the unknown no longer felt scary. Up until that point, I thought my ego was running the show. It made me aware I had to look for my soul. My ego was not the True Master. That was a revelation to me in 2012. It turned my world upside down.
Before I continue, thank you for watching this far. My name is Jeanice Nelson. I teach you how to silence your inner saboteur and master the self. Please like this video and subscribe to my channel if you value my teaching. It will help me spread the word and reach more moms like you and me.
Many people want to rush through the spiritual awakening process because they believe liberation/nirvana will keep them in an ultimate state of bliss. But those people are bad listeners. When you listen carefully to what all the old spiritual teachers have said, it's clear that:
"Before enlightenment, chop wood, carry water. After enlightenment, chop wood, carry water." - Buddha's Words.
Even Abraham Hicks keeps telling us you never get it done. Once you have fulfilled the desire, your ego will move on to the next one. We are energy in motion, which means we will never stop desiring. So, to fulfill all your wishes or dreams is a delusion. You can't make all your dreams come through because you won't live long enough. You will have to choose; by choosing one, you will need to let go of the many, and that's hard for the ego. The ego wants it all.
You can't have it all at the same time.
Accept or Suffer.
It's the same as being married to one person. Once you are married, you are no longer on the market (not this open-marriage nonsense, hahahah. I know where your mind just went, but just stay with me).
Yin and Yang are one. When you choose to follow a desire, you immediately choose not to follow the rest. A path clears. As long as you can stay focused on that path and walk it all the way without any distractions, the potential is there to reach your goal without suffering.
But… on your journey, you will be met with resistance, and slowly suffering creeps back in.
You will enter many crossroads tempting you to take a left or right instead of keeping straight. As you journey, you will also meet people who have set up camp and try to convince you to stop journeying and live permanently within their community, trying to keep Yin - the divine feminine energy who I call the frequency self in a box, which is impossible.
On your journey, harsh weather conditions will slow your progress and sometimes force you to take shelter. And there will be wild animals (people with bad intentions) who think you are a mcNugget passing through. We love watching the hero's journey in movie theaters but are not that adventurous when dealing with the hero's journey in our minds.
So we wish to skip over the whole part of the journey and move to: "And they lived happily ever after."
Until you become a mother…
And you realize "happily ever after?"
Wait a minute...
I took a left turn somewhere.
I am married - check.
With child - check.
But where is my crown?
Where is my castle?
Somehow, I am back to being Cinderella.
Cleaning, cooking, washing clothes, taking care of others.
I thought I was walking the path of my dreams?!
We ask questions like:
Who did this to me?
How did I end up here?
Who is to blame?
By doing so, we activate the unconscious mind, and she starts searching for answers. The unconscious will search for someone to point out; it won't be you. She will throw all the people close to you under the bus before you realize the inner saboteur has trapped you inside the human matrix. As long as she can convince you that the problem is "them." You will be stuck because you believe you must change something in your outer world to feel better.
Instead, ask, what am I not seeing?
How does this serve me?
The short answer: You’ve become more. But in the non-physical, it means you have expanded to a new level of awareness, and the unconscious is able to veil the new you because your conscious mind has no knowledge nor understanding of what just happened to her. You don’t know where you are. The inner saboteur uses noise, aka distractions, to keep you searching for yourself. You must silence the noise to hear the signal. Signal in this analogy means your soul.
When you can hear the signal, where you are becomes clear. If you can't hear the signal, location A remains a possibility but never becomes real. It doesn't matter if you know what you want. You need to see point A to navigate to point B. Otherwise, you will never reach point B.
So, how do we see point A?
The missing piece is that whenever you travel from A to B, it's never a straight line. It always ends up being harder than you thought. Stumble upon unwanted traffic jams and road construction before you arrive at your destination. To reach point B, we must elevate to a higher level of awareness, which means we become a new person. So, visualize in your mind to go from A to B, you have to climb the stairs. Now, imagine each step on the stairs is 5 feet tall. Now, you have to jump, pull yourself up, and continue. This requires will and power: the will to climb and the stamina to keep going. Your mind and body must be aligned; the mind is the will, and the body is power. Both must be on board to take this journey, and you must have a method to keep going. In other words, always maintain your will and your power.
Many of you have seen a glimpse or experienced a brief moment of enlightenment, and then it slipped through your fingers. Society uses spirituality against you by convincing you there is a finish line you must reach, nirvana. A self-mastery teacher will teach you that once you are liberated, the game truly begins. Society veils the truth and allows you to see one step of the stairs at a time. This leaves you in the dark to properly prepare for what you are up against. Self-Mastery removes the veil from your eyes and allows you to see as many steps as your eyes can see. Giving you a better idea of what needs to be done so you can be better prepared. Once you can see all the stairs, you will understand you need the stamina to keep climbing without losing positive motivation. That's where most of us fail. We give up too soon. But when you awaken, you understand you are playing an infinite game. The end always means a new beginning. It means we can win if willing to play the long game.
The first step is to meet the soul for tea and get clarity. The ego must remember she is the soul before deciding which way to go. To do that, she must let go of society's belief system, which I call The Human Matrix, and create her own foundational belief system, which I call your You-Matrix. To set your own perimeters, you must be free from The Human Matrix and reconnect to The Universal Matrix. In my school, I speak about this in detail.
I will guide you through Stage One - Reset your mind in my free student program. You will learn to silence the inner saboteur and disconnect from The Human Matrix. Every stage is significant and requires recalibration and energy maintenance before you can move to the next stage. In addition, each stage has its own trajectory, so do not mistake the word "stage" for step. Each stage is a journey in and of itself. Take your time to grasp stage one fully. Then, whenever you decide you are ready, we will move to Stage Two.
Stage Two, Transcendence of the Mind, or Reframe, is my Master's Program. Once you have successfully reset your mind, you will move on to stage two, which is to invite the soul back in. The ego surrenders to the soul. You will reframe your old mental model to the Master's Mental Model, which I call The Fabulous One Framework. The Master's mental model allows you to experience your 5 senses through the soul mind. This is a major quantum leap and a new way of seeing yourself.
